Refund policy
We appreciate your order and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if the item is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
You have a 14‑day period from the day after delivery to let us know that you wish to return an item. You do not need to provide a reason for this. To start a return, please contact us at twotouchgallery@hotmail.com with your order number and a clear note that you would like to return your item. Once we have confirmed your request, we will share the practical instructions for sending your package back. After notifying us, you have up to 14 days to ship the item to us.
Condition of the goods
You may inspect and try the item in a way that is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would handle it in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this and is returned in a noticeably reduced condition, we may apply a reasonable deduction to your refund to reflect any loss in value. As far as reasonably possible, please return the product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Return shipping costs
For standard returns where the product is not defective and the order is correct, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We do not include a pre‑paid return label, so you are free to choose the carrier and shipping method that best suits you.
Refunds
Once we have been informed of your wish to return and have received the item back (or you provide proof of shipment), we will process your refund without undue delay. We will refund all payments related to your order, including any standard delivery costs originally paid. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require some additional processing time before the refund is visible on your account.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not in accordance with what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at twotouchgallery@hotmail.com, preferably with your order number and a brief description or photos of the issue. In such cases, we will cover the reasonable return costs and will work with you towards an appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your legal rights.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or product, the simplest option is to return the original item under the conditions above and place a new order for the item you prefer. Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will follow to your original payment method.
